Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is every product identical to the picture on the website? 

No. Due to the nature of the material each piece differs slightly and is totally unique in this way. Your item will look similar but not exactly like the item photographed. This is part of the beauty of working with clay!

 

  • Can I wash these items in the dishwasher?

I recommend hand washing to ensure that the integrity of the product is not damaged. This will mean they last longer and in better condition!


  • How are the items sent?

All items are bubble-wrapped for protection and sent via DPD.


  • Will I need to sign for my item/s?

Yes. This is to make sure that your item is covered by the delivery company and to allow for tracking. If you will not be at home for delivery, it may be easier for you to send to a work address or location where you will be available to provide a signature.

 

  • Can I refund my received product?

I do accept returns on unused items returned in their original packaging provided I receive the item within 14 days of receipt. If you are sending an item back as a return, you will need to cover the cost of sending the package to me. 

 

  • My item arrived broken - What do I do?

Send me an email at info@sink.co.uk with a photo of the broken item along with the damaged packaging. I can only ensure that you receive a replacement product if you notify me within 1 week of receiving the item. If you email me after a week after receiving your item, I cannot guarantee that I will send a replacement.

 

  • Do you take commissions?

Yes! I love commissions here at S I N K! I make both individual orders as well as creating inspiring set ups and installations.   • Do you run private classes? 

Yes! I love to run private classes and have done so for several years. To find out more about private sessions with me, drop me a message.

 

  • Do you have a physical store?

Currently I don't have a physical store for you to visit as everything is made in the comfort of my own home, in a small but perfectly formed studio space. I do sometimes have our products sold in other stores though so keep an eye on my Instagram for updates or drop me a message!
