Online Pottery and Pasta Experience
Flow cooking was founded by the wonderful Hayley Pople, a talented chef based in Brighton who wanted to share her love of food and cooking for connection through a series of online cook along workshops. Hayley and I connected through our shared interest of spreading mindfulness through creativity and connection.
Clay has a wonderful ability to focus the mind on the present moment which can also be achieved through preparing and cooking a nourishing meal.

Together we will be hosting a set of workshops over Easter weekend – treat yourself to something special, grab a spot as a gif or share the love and bring your family and friends together for a unique online experience
POTTERY + PASTA
During the first workshop on Good Friday I will guide you through a soothing introduction to clay, demonstrating how to create a collection of pieces to build your own tablescape (think candle holders, bud vases and salt & pepper pinch pots).
On the following day, Hayley will host an Italian scratch cooking class in which you will learn how to make a fresh tortellini dish and a fennel and herby ricotta bruschetta to enjoy while cooking and sipping your favourite tipple! After the class you can sit down to enjoy your meal at the table with your newly crafted clay pieces.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Two live Zoom workshops on Easter weekend (2nd and 3rd April). A pottery workshop hosted by me, SINK studios and a pasta workshop hosted by Hayley, Flow cooking.

POTTERY WORKSHOP
Sink into the moment with my live Zoom pottery workshop guiding you through a variety of simple techniques to create decorative pieces for a beautiful tablescape.
You will be creating a set of candle holders, a dried flower sculptural bud vase and a salt and pepper dish. All of these pieces will be used to set the table ahead of enjoying your fresh pasta the following day.
When? Good Friday 2nd April @ 12pm- 2.30pm
What will you need?
1kg air dry clay (links and details provided), tea lights or stick candles, foraged or shop bought flowers or foliage for your bud vase
You will also need a few basic household items to help craft your clay pieces, the full details will be sent out in a welcome pack after purchasing your spot.
PASTA WORKSHOP
During this Italian scratch cooking class Hayley will guide you through making fresh ravioli without any fancy equipment, we will also make a delicious antipasti to enjoy while cooking and connecting. After the class, enjoy your creations at your beautiful new tablescape!
